"At UQC I’ve found a challenging and sustainable career path that I love. I can serve my community, while getting paid to work with a team that treats me with kindness and respect. As a local joining the Energy Department, my voice was heard, and ideas valued from day one. I’ve had the opportunity to develop lasting relationships with customers, getting back to the basic ideals of a community owned and served co-op. I’m looking forward to advancement opportunities and what the future holds for our new and improved Energy Team, and our co-op."

"UQC has allowed me to grow my knowledge and skills on a personal and professional level. I enjoy getting to speak with customers and producers at our company and being able to assist them with their agriculture business needs, it's a rewarding feeling!"

We each have a different role, but we all have the same job, to help our team win!

I started at United Quality Cooperative in 2022 as an overnight cashier. Throughout the years, I have worked my way up and am now an Account Specialist in the business office. My time here has been amazing. The atmosphere is friendly and I love the different opportunities and experience I have received.
